PKF WULF EGERMANN oHG is pleased to announce the expansion of its group of partners. Effective immediately, auditor André Simmack and tax consultant Thomas Niemann are the new partners on board. This enables the company to further expand its professional expertise.
The requirements due to technically demanding projects are currently increasing more and more. In addition, the quality of auditing is facing ever-increasing requirements, also from the supervisory authorities. These have to be managed, also against the background of the legal changes due to the Wirecard scandal. Reason enough for the current partners Florian Egermann, Ralph Setzer and Simon Schmid to look for competent reinforcement for the Balingen office. They found what they were looking for in André Simmack and Thomas Niemann, who will continue to promote the growth of the office as new partners with immediate effect.
Thomas Niemann, tax consultant and specialist for continuous and sustainable tax consulting of owner-managed companies in the manufacturing and processing industry, wholesale, consulting and service companies as well as real estate companies, will contribute his areas of expertise to the Balingen office with immediate effect. He will thus ensure a further expansion of the range of services. After studying business administration at the University of Bayreuth, Thomas Niemann was able to gain experience and expand his in-depth knowledge at international multi-disciplinary professional service firms . His main areas of expertise are: Tax structuring consulting, sales tax consulting mainly in the field of manufacturing and real estate as well as tax compliance consulting.
André Simmack is a certified auditor in Germany and Switzerland and, as a university lecturer, ensures that knowledge and skills are passed on to the next generation. In addition to his many years of experience and responsibility in auditing everything from medium-sized companies to major international corporations, he specializes in corporate reorganization and restructuring. Internationally experienced and regionally rooted - André Simmack comes from the region and was able to start his impressive professional career at a major auditing firm after successfully completing his business studies. For several years he also gained international experience in Zurich, New York and London and expanded his profound knowledge before family and child made him move back home.
