Patricia Breit
Partner, Tax Consultant, Certified Advisor for Non-Profit Organizations
Specialist Advisor for the Construction Industry and Trades
Augsburg

Fresh perspective. Clear solutions. Passion for the profession.

Since 2016, I have been part of the PKF Wulf Group – initially as a working student, later as a tax consultant, and now as a partner. Over the years, not only has my technical expertise grown, but also my understanding of what truly defines good consulting: listening, thinking along with the client, speaking openly – and always keeping a pragmatic, viable solution in mind.

My daily work is shaped by a clear, structured approach, open dialogue at eye level, and genuine enthusiasm for my profession. I aim not only to provide tax-compliant advice, but above all to advise in a way that is understandable, forward-looking, and tailored to the individual.

My professional focus lies particularly in the area of restructuring, where I support companies in aligning their structures in a tax-efficient and future-proof way – whether through mergers, demergers, or changes of legal form.

Another focus is succession planning: I assist businesses in the early and tax-optimized transfer of ownership – with a clear understanding of economic contexts and individual family or corporate goals.

In the field of non-profit organizations, I advise on specific tax frameworks and challenges. In doing so, I apply my additional qualification as a Certified Advisor for Non-Profit Organizations, which enables me to reliably support even complex charitable structures.

A special focus of my work is advising small and medium-sized enterprises, especially in the skilled trades. Thanks to my additional qualification as a Specialist Advisor for the Construction Industry and Trades, I am familiar with the industry-specific requirements in detail and can translate them into tailored, practical solutions.

Why Patricia Breit and the PKF Wulf Group?
At PKF, I have found not only my professional path, but also an environment in which I can grow personally, contribute actively, and take on responsibility. The combination of high-quality expertise, true team spirit, and genuine proximity to our clients aligns with my vision of modern consulting.
What matters most to me is what truly defines our work: trust, openness, a clear goal – and the will to develop practical solutions together.
I am convinced that good consulting does not create complexity – it creates clarity. That is exactly what I strive to embody as a partner.
