What matters most to me is to support my clients closely and reliably. One principle is particularly important to me: the most tax-efficient solution is not necessarily the right solution. Sound structuring means that a solution is technically robust, economically sensible, and feels right for the client. Only solutions that clients are comfortable with will be embraced in the long term and implemented successfully.
