As a tax advisor and auditor within the PKF Wulf Group, I advise and audit international corporate groups with complex group structures. My auditing experience is based on over ten years of working in international auditing – including my role as an authorized signatory at a Big Four firm.

Reliable advice starts with trust. As an expert in international audits, I develop sustainable solutions together with my clients.

A key focus of my work lies in audit and international auditing. I support companies with cross-border structures and international subsidiaries, drawing on years of experience in global audit processes. I know what matters: efficient workflows, clear communication, and a deep understanding of complex business models.

Another area of focus is the audit of consolidated financial statements under the German Commercial Code (HGB). I place great importance on combining legal requirements with economic substance – to produce financial statements that are not only formally correct but also meaningful and transparent. Whether it’s an individual or group financial statement audit, I always emphasize efficiency and clarity.

In addition, I support international groups that prepare their financial statements according to IFRS. I assist with the transition to international accounting standards and audit ongoing cross-border financial statements – with a particular focus on complex accounting issues and their impact on the transparency and clarity of financial reports.

My work on the PKF Audit Identity Committee complements my practical experience with international technical exchange. Together with colleagues from the global PKF Global network, I contribute to the development of unified audit standards – ensuring that we deliver consistent, high-quality audit services to our clients worldwide.
