I also provide valuations in a tax context, for example in accordance with the Inheritance Tax and Gift Tax Act, the Foreign Tax Act and the Reorganization Tax Act. I also carry out valuations in an accounting context, such as purchase price allocations and impairment tests, which are crucial for correct accounting.
