I approach tasks with a clear hands-on approach and develop pragmatic solutions. For me, the focus is on acting cost-efficiently and always maintaining a vision in order to make future-oriented decisions.

Listening and understanding form the basis for me to really grasp the intentions and needs of my counterpart. In my work, I attach great importance to honesty and transparency, because I am convinced that every change also has consequences. That is why it is important to me to always think ahead and plan carefully.

Personal interaction with people is important to me. I approach others openly, do not act rashly and ensure that you as a client are always taken on board.

It is important to me to translate complex technical language into simple, understandable language. I explain issues in such a way that the advantages and disadvantages are clear and ensure that my clients can make well-founded decisions.

My aim is to work together to find the best solutions that make sense in the short term and are sustainable in the long term.
