My Commitment

What matters most to me is to support my clients closely and reliably. I believe that strong collaboration is built on open dialogue, clear communication, and a shared understanding of the individual situation. Only on this basis can solutions be developed that truly fit and prove sustainable over the long term.

One principle is particularly important to me: the most tax-efficient solution is not necessarily the right solution. Sound structuring means that a solution is technically robust, economically sensible, and feels right for the client. Only solutions that clients are comfortable with will be embraced in the long term and implemented successfully.

For this reason, I do not view tax matters in isolation, but always in a broader context. My aim is to develop solutions that align with your individual circumstances, your objectives, and your personality – and that provide guidance beyond the immediate issue at hand.

Focus of Practice

I advise clients across all industries and legal forms – from start-ups to established mid-sized companies, from self-employed professionals to associations and non-profit organizations.

I have a particular passion for restructurings as well as the strategic design of business and wealth succession. In this context, I see myself as a first point of contact for new initiatives and periods of change.
